What We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional)
• Project type, project details, and how you heard about us (optional)

When you contact us directly by phone or email, we may retain your contact details and the content of that communication in order to respond to your inquiry.

When you browse our site without submitting a form or contacting us, we collect anonymized usage data through Umami Analytics (self-hosted) — pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally. No cookies are placed on your device and no personal information is collected from browsing activity.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

How We Use It

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and communicate with you if we work together.

We process your personal information on the basis of legitimate business interest in responding to your inquiry and, where applicable, for the performance of a contract.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep It

Form submissions and direct contact records are retained for up to 24 months. If we do not work together, we will delete your information upon request at any time.

If we do work together, project records are retained for up to 5 years for accounting, legal, and project reference purposes.

Third-Party Services

Your data passes through the following services — each governed by their own privacy policy:

Contact form submissions are processed on our own server and stored in Google Sheets on servers located in the United States.

Analytics are collected using Umami, a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics platform. No personal data is collected and no data is shared with third parties. You may use a browser ad-blocker to prevent analytics collection if you choose.

Data Protection

All data transmitted through this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. Form submissions are processed on our own server, notification emails are sent via SMTP, and lead records are stored securely in Google Sheets.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of any communications from us at any time

Virginia Residents — VCDPA

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us at info@webkrix.com and we will delete it promptly.
