Your timeline doesn't start until we have three things: a signed contract, your deposit, and your complete asset kit — logo files, brand colors, copy, and any images you want to use. We'll send you a clear checklist so nothing gets missed. The more prepared you are, the faster we move.

We build on Astro — a modern framework that ships fast, secure websites with no bloated code or plugin dependencies. For clients who want to manage their own content, we add Keystatic CMS — a clean, simple dashboard you can use without any technical knowledge. No WordPress, no page builders, no monthly plugin subscriptions.

Everything from kickoff to launch — design, development, content integration, compliance checks, and deployment. The 7-day clock starts the moment your signed contract, deposit, and complete asset kit are all received. That timeline applies to our Launch tier. Build runs 14 business days, Authority runs 28.

Primarily new builds — that's where we do our best work and can guarantee the result. If you have an existing site you want refreshed or migrated to our stack, reach out and we'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.

We require 50% to start, 50% on launch day. For Authority tier clients, we offer NET-30 terms for established contractors with verifiable past performance. We accept all major cards, ACH transfer, and government purchase cards for micro-purchases under the SAT threshold.

Every tier includes a post-launch support window — 30 days for Launch, 60 for Build, 90 for Authority. During that window we handle reasonable revision requests at no extra charge. After that, our Always-On Maintenance plan at $149/month keeps your site current, secure, and supported ongoing.

You own everything. Full source code, all credentials, complete documentation. Nothing is locked to us. If you want ongoing support, our maintenance plan is there — but it's never a requirement.

Yes — and we can prove it. Every site we build meets WCAG 2.1 AA as a baseline. Authority tier sites go further with a full Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA audit, documented accessibility conformance report, and a VPAT-ready accessibility statement you can submit with bids.

A minor update is a single small change — a text edit, a photo swap, a phone number correction. Something that takes under 30 minutes. If you need multiple changes, a new section, or anything that requires design work, we'll send a quick quote before touching anything. Most months our hosting clients don't even use it.
